ABOUT US
Project B.U.I.L.D. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young men to be responsible, productive members of their families and communities. Our mission is to make a positive impact on youths through the efforts of a dedicated mentoring team. Project B.U.I.L.D. works in partnership with youth agencies, local communities, and families to educate youth in six key areas of modern life: social responsibility, financial literacy, technology, family dynamics, athletics and educational achievement.

Detailed Staffing for Project B.U.I.L.D.
Project B.U.I.L.D. provides for after school training and community-based skills education, 4 to 7 days a week at a ratio never to exceed the limit of 1 staff to every 10 youth in the gym and 1 staff to every 5 youth off campus (Project B.U.I.L.D. encourages at least 2 staff off-campus at any time with any number of youth). Schedules are developed and posted for all staff for coverage during emergencies to ensure proper coverage and ratios at all times.
Recruitment
Project B.U.I.L.D. seeks to identify, recruit and hire a qualified diverse staff that embodies our organizational values and has been working diligently to create a local network of colleges, businesses, and other resources to ensure a constant pool of candidates of employees and community partners. Prior to employment, all potential employees will go through a Level 2 background check.
